NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.
This search competition is void in whole or in part where prohibited by law. To complete your entry you must read and agree to the following rules. Participation in the 2014 Verity 12s Contest (the “Contest”) constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these rules. The Contest is sponsored by Verity Credit Union (the “Sponsor”).
By entering this Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest runs from 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on September 29, 2014 to 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time (PT) on November 3, 2014. Verity Credit Union has the right to change the dates and times. All entries must be received (and adhering to the submission requirements listed in the official rules to be considered eligible) by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time (PT) on November 3, 2014.
ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to Washington State residents who are 18 years of age or older except Verity Credit Union employees and owner of the prize giving company.

@verityseattle during the Contest Period.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: One entry is permitted per person per day. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry modes is prohibited and will be void. In case of an identity dispute, the registered user of the email account on the date of entry will be the recognized user.
The Sponsors in their sole discretion reserve the right to disqualify any Submission deemed inappropriate or offensive. All applications are subject entirely to the discretion of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be selected robotically at random from all eligible entries submitted by the end of the contest on 12:00 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time (PT) on November 3, 2014.
Winner will be notified via "Direct Message" on Twitter from Sponsor's Twitter account ("@verityseattle"). Winner will have two (2) business days to respond to Sponsor's Direct Message on Twitter to acknowledge that he or she received the notification and to arrange a date to claim prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within two (2) business days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the contest or receive the prize, another entrant will be randomly selected as the potential winner. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the contest, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the “winner” of the contest.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION: The winner will receive two tickets to CentryLink Field on December 14th, 2014 for the 1:25 p.m. Seattle Seahawks vs. San Francisco 49ers game.
The winner’s Twitter handle can be displayed on Verity Credit Union’s Twitter page, website, and Facebook page, and anywhere else the Sponsor chooses (including advertising campaigns) without any further compensation to the winner.
TAXES: All federal, state, and/or local income and other taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility.
NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION: No prize or any portion thereof is transferable or redeemable for cash.
CONSENT AND RELEASE: By entering the Contest, each Entrant releases the Sponsors and Judges from all liability whatsoever in connection with the Contest, without limitation.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes the consent of any winner, without further compensation, to use the name and likeness of such winner and his/her photo for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes by the Sponsor. By entering this Contest, participants agree to hold the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of or in any way connected with the operation of this Contest and use of a Prize. By submitting a photo, the entrant agrees that he/she has lawful ownership rights to the photo, that the photo is unique and original and does not infringe upon any copyright or patent, and that the photo is free and clear of any lien. Upon entry, the photo becomes the property of the Sponsor, which has irrevocable license to reproduce, to distribute, and/or to display the photo. Participants of this Contest assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of a Prize. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Rules and decisions of the Contest judges and the Sponsor, which are final.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual whom it finds to be in violation of these official Rules or tampering with the entry process. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse an entry from a person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse an entry for a cause it determines to be ineligible for any reason at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
DISCLAIMERS: Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the web site. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort.
Note: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including without limitation, attorneys’ fees) from any such Entrant to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This contest is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participant and Administrator in connection with any of these Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof and shall take place in the State of Washington, in the City of Seattle.
