OFFICIAL RULES

NO PAYMENT, ENTRY FEE OR PURCHASE REQUIRED.

OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND CANADA, EXCLUDING QUEBEC. ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

HOW TO ENTER: WWE Night of Champions "Be A Champion" Photo Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 2:30 p.m. (ET) on Sept. 9, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. (ET) on Sept. 16, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Fans who A) tweet hashtag #WWENOC during the Sweepstakes Period with a photo of themselves, family or friends posed with any WWE Championship title belt, or B) upload a similar photo at the contest website, will be entered for a chance to win a prize in the Sweepstakes.

Replies to the call to enter message and direct messages to WWE do not qualify as Sweepstakes entries. Limit one (1) entry per person per email address per 24 hour period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

All photos and entries become the sole property of WWE and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address or telephone number submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (such as a business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address, or who is assigned a phone number by a phone service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning phone numbers associated with the submitted phone number. The authorized account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least thirteen (13) years old when they enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants must have Internet access as of September 9, 2011. Employees, officers and directors of WWE (including WWE performing talent) and its subsidiaries, affiliates (i.e., entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with, WWE), promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes’ development or execution, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) and members of the households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. WWE reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, provincial, territorial, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

DRAWING: The Grand Prize Winners shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing shall take place on or about 9/16/2012 by WWE or its designee, OneKontest, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential winners will be contacted by direct message on Twitter within approximately three (3) business days after being selected. Winners will be required to claim their prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim a prize, respond to the prize notification message via direct message to the designated e-mail account. Grand Prize Winners may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that WWE may require and to see to it that WWE is in receipt of such information and documents within five (5) days of being requested to provide the same. If a selected Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his or her state, province or territory of residence at the time he or she is asked to sign any documents, the minor’s parent or legal guardian also will be required to sign the documents. In all cases, WWE reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age and parenthood or guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if WWE, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. If the entrant selected to win the Grand Prize is a resident of Canada, then he/she, in addition to all other requirements set out in these Official Rules, also must first correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a pre-arranged time by telephone.

The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries and confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules (i) if a potential Grand Prize Winner does not timely provide the requisite information, return the requisite documents or cannot be reached within two (2) business days from initial notification attempt, (ii) if prize is returned as non-deliverable, (iii) in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, and/or (iv) if the selected entrant for the Grand Prize is a resident of Canada who fails to correctly answer the time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

GRAND PRIZE: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will receive an online Pay-Per-View code which will allow them to watch WWE Night of Champions for free on WWE.com.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $49.99 USD. Total ARV of prizes: $149.97 USD.

All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including, without limitation, taxes and insurance are solely each Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. Each Grand Prize Winner shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes including but not limited to any sales and income taxes. Grand Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by WWE, who reserves the right to substitute similar prize of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and decisions of WWE which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By entering, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) release and hold harmless WWE and its subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, promotion, advertising and online technology agencies, prize suppliers and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. The Releasees do not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority. WWE reserves the right to modify this Sweepstakes in any way it deems necessary or appropriate and to cancel this Sweepstakes if it deems necessary or appropriate. Entry constitutes permission for WWE and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, performance, hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media at the discretion of WWE without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically register and/or enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Grand Prize Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Releasees assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, misdirected, or postage due entries or mail, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DATA COLLECTION: All personal information submitted in relation to the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the privacy policy of WWE which may be found at www.wwe.com/help/generalfaq/privacypolicy. Your personal information will only be used in connection with the Sweepstakes and as provided for in these Official Rules. The names of the Grand Prize Winners will be made available as provided for below. Your personal information also may be used to send you additional information about WWE and its subsidiaries and each of their respective products and programs only if you provide your affirmative consent to receive such information when entering the Sweepstakes. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with anyone else.

Requests must be received by Dec, 31, 2012.

MISCELLANEOUS: Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by the laws of the United States. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by United States law and may be brought only in a federal or state court in Connecticut. If any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
