1. This competition is open only to UK residents aged 16 or over, except employees of Opinion Supermarket and their associates.

2. All entries must be received by 23.45 on 30/06/2012.

3. Only one registration to Opinion Supermarket is allowed per person. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

4. No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be delivered. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, delayed or damaged, or any technical problems on the website preventing entry.

5. Proof of submission is not proof of entry.

6. One winner will be selected at random from the valid entries received. The decision of Opinion Supermarket is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control Opinion Supermarket reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. The winner will receive an Apple iPad 16GB WiFi in either Black or White (at our discretion).

8. There is no cash alternative and no other benefits, items or additions can be substituted for the prize. The prize is non-transferable.

9. The prize winner will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days. A redraw will take place if prize has not been claimed within 30 days.

10. The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion.

11. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
